For nearly 30 years, I have had the privilege of working in the life sciences industry, specifically within the healthcare, academic, government, biotech, and pharmaceutical sectors. I specialize in several areas, including advancing hospital laboratory reagents and equipment, commercializing medical devices (IVDs), providing contract research and development services (CRO/CDMO) for large molecules (biologics), as well as developing cell and gene therapies.
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in corporate strategy, business development, product and service development and launches, marketing and sales, and commercial operations. I have successfully transformed stagnant cultures into mission-driven environments. My expertise allows me to contribute effectively to innovative solutions in these fields.
